  • Overview

    SquadLocker is seeking to hire a 2nd Shift Customer Onboarding Analyst to join our growing team.   You will provide front line service to customers and administrators creating online stores to capture orders for athletic gear and apparel. In addition, you will work to understand administrator’s roles and needs to ensure they are benefiting from all the services SquadLocker offers. This is a great way to get to know about the customer gear and apparel business with an emerging Rhode Island company.     Responsibilities

    As a Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will use Zendesk to handle incoming/outgoing chats, telephone calls and emails.   Additional responsibilities are as follows:

     

    • Become a subject matter expert of the SquadLocker store building platform, and the onboarding process for the SquadLocker platform.
    • Act as an intermediary between our talented graphic design team and the customer through detailed requests for all artwork necessary for store activation.
    • Assure efficiency by reviewing all stores so that all artwork adheres to SquadLocker’s production requirements.
    • Review all artwork to ensure adherence to SquadLocker production guidelines.
    • Grow revenue by educating and delivering consultative support to strategic clients and partners as well as working cross-functionally within the organization to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Solicit feedback from store administrators and consumers on their experience, and use that information to support future development efforts which improve UX.
    • Work with internal teams to define and implement improvements to the onboarding process, and measure the effect of the changes.
    • Assist with graphic design support and creation
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    We are looking for ambitious individuals with a history of high achievement and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment with peers who challenge them to be better. These are the qualifications:

     

    • 1-3 years related work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in related field
    • Proficient experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a very fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
    • Prior experience communicating directly with customers and clients
    • Process orientated and analytical skills
